Product Overview

Brand: Dunhill
Model: Rollalite Small
Color: Silver Plated
Made in: Switzerland 1939
Observations:

This is a nice version of the Dunhill Rollalite Small (Mini) Petrol pocket lighter, silver plated. Made in 1939 in Switzerland by Alfred Dunhill Ltd.

Introduced in 1939, the Dunhill Rollalite was an evolutionary leap for the luxury brand, distinguished by its unique thumb-rolling bar rather than a traditional serrated strike wheel. Designed to be sleek, pocket-sized, and highly reliable, this fluid-powered petrol lighter laid the groundwork for Dunhill's iconic butane lighters decades later.

Silver plated, classic "Barley" design.
The base screw is original and has a flint storage.

Marks in the base: Dunhill - London - Made in Switzerland - Pat. 2102108 - Other Pat. Pending.

Fluid petrol is removed from the lighter before shipping because it is classified as a hazardous material by the courier services.

Size:
  • Total length: 51.00mm = 2.00 inches (approx.)
  • Wide: 23.40mm = 0.92 inches (approx.)

>Please look images for condition<
Condition:

Lighter is pre-owned, in very good conditions as you can see, some very minor marks on the surface according with it's age, and small visible dent on the cap (marked with a red arrow in one of the images) produced by the stamp of a hallmark.
