Movement: Thomas F. Cooper - The movement is key wind and is in excellent working condition.
 This movement was housed in a gold case, with all the manufacturer's inscriptions: Thomas F. Cooper.
Dial: 18K gold dial with a carved Village by the seashore scene and with Gold Roman numerals applied. Blued Spade hands. The crystal is a replacement (not plastic).
Dimensions: Diameter of the movement: 39.95mm (approx.).
 Diameter of the dial: 41.20mm (approx.).

Made in:  United Kingdom.
Some History:  

Thomas F. Cooper was one of the top watchmaker's in the U.K. during the 19th Century operating from premises at 6 Calthorpe Street, Gray's Inn Road in London from 1820 to at least 1875.
  
 He gained a considerable reputation for producing top end quality watches and sources refer to him as a maker of chronometers (top grade watches). His watches were soo sought after that many were produced for the US market.

Condition:  

The pocket watch movement is working, acurately. Anyway I recomend a clean and oiling. Very good condition.
