Shipping - Payment Method Accepted & Returns

 

  • I do my best to honestly describe all items I offer on the page.

  • Any defects not mentioned but visible in the pictures will be considered as described.

  • Remember that anything that is vintage or used will show signs of normal wear !!

Shipping

We can ship to virtually any address in the world, except: Russia and Ukraine. We do not send to P.O. Boxes (Fedex does not allow to do so).

Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.
Please be Patient: I ship twice a week, every Monday & Friday.

Domestic Handling time: 3 working days

We need your Phone number for all shippings (Fedex requires this).

For customers abroad I ship by Federal Express (FEDEX), it usually takes 5 - 10 business days according with destiny. So please Be Patient with the time of my shipping.

  

 ATENTION U.S. BUYERS:

The United States Customs asks that buyers of fountain pensballpoint pens or rollerball pens complete the "Toxic Substance Control Act" form. 

You only have to complete: 

  • First and last name, declare that it is not toxic (positive certification) and sign it.

  - IMPORTANT -

 I do not send lighters to MEXICO & TURKEY, Mexican authorities request a Security certificate issued by Mexico and Fedex requests an external customs broker because they do not take care of this  procedure.

TURKEY: do not allow entry of used lighters.

 I will ship the PHOTOS or ITEMS you bought, in a protective sleeve between 2 plastic cardboards (Acid-Free), in a secure envelope so that you get your item in the same conditions as I sent it.

PAYMENTS METHOD ACCEPTED

  • I certainly prefer payments through Paypal. You can also use your major credit cards through PayPal.
  • Payment is appreciated within 10 days. Please contact me to set up extended payment terms.

  • Import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges. You are responsible for any Customs Fees, in order to clear the parcel through your border. If the customer refuses the parcel due to customs fees, the customer will be credited for the products only and a returned mail charge will apply.

 Returns Policy

You may return most new, unopened items within 15 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).

You should expect to receive your refund once we receive the item back and verify it at satisfaction, that means 48 / 72 hours after reception.

If you need to return an item, please Contact Us with your order number and details about the product you would like to return, 
BEFORE YOU SEND IT (Our return address is in USA). We will respond quickly with instructions for how to return items from your order.
